The ground floor of the Great and Small Concert Halls can be reached via a lift, which is located between the entrance hall and the vestibule on the left-hand side.

Wheelchair spaces

There are 8 wheelchair spaces available in the stalls of the Grosser Tonhalle.
There are 3 wheelchair spaces available in the stalls of the Kleiner Tonhalle.
Accompanying persons receive a free ticket.
Please register at the ticket office at least four days before the concert, by e-mail or on 41 44 206 34 34.

Visual impairments

Visually impaired concertgoers travelling with an accompanying person will receive a free ticket for the accompanying person.
Visually impaired concertgoers travelling without an accompanying person will be accompanied from the entrance to their seat by a TGZ employee on request and picked up again after the concert.

Guide or assistance dogs

Guide dogs can be safely and comfortably accommodated in a dog crate in the cloakroom during the concert. For assistance dogs, please contact the ticket office team so that we can find a solution together.

Toilets

Wheelchair-accessible toilets can be found throughout the building, for example directly next to the lift after the entrance hall or at the end of the Tonhalle vestibule.

Car parks

There are 8 parking spaces for wheelchair users on Gotthardstrasse, 6 of which are located directly to the right of the entrance to the Tonhalle Zurich (Entrance T) and 2 of which are on the opposite side of the road.
