Conductors' Academy 2020/21 – These Are the Academy Members

Out of 150 applicants, Music Director Paavo Järvi has selected six candidates to spend four days in May with him, the orchestra and the Management Team to further develop their technical skills.

He chose three women and three men from six different nations, aged 26 to 31.

Here are the candidates for this year's Conductors' Academy:
