An evening with Víkingur Ólafsson
From the first sounds to the last drink, time flew by - a brilliant start to the season.
What a way to start the season! Víkingur Ólafsson got off to a brilliant start with Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 1 and enchanted the audience with his skills on the keys. Afterwards, the mystical sounds of Anna Thorvaldsdottir's "Archora" took us on a journey through Icelandic nature before we took to the skies with Stravinsky's "L'oiseau de feu".
As soon as the concert was over, we found ourselves on the LUX terrace, where we toasted with drinks. When Víkingur Ólafsson arrived for the meet & greet, he shared exciting insights into his life and confessed his love of Bach. The atmosphere was relaxed, the weather was great and the conversations lasted late into the night - a truly successful evening with almost 80 klubZ members!
A film crew was also on site and captured the best moments of the evening for our image clip.
And the best part? It was just the start of the season!
